INDIVIDUAL RULES:
Period Lengths
- Boys 8u, JR - 16U - 2 x 2:00 Periods with 30 second rests between periods
- Boys 18U - 2 X 3:00 Periods with 30 second rests between peiods
- Girls 8u - 16U - 2 x 2:00 Periods with 30 second rests between periods
- Girls JR - 2 X 3:00 Periods with 30 second rests between peiods

DUALS RULES:
- Wrestlers can only compete on one team
- USAW rules in affect.
- Periods- Freestyle: 3 - 3
- Headgear optional. Mouth guard mandatory for braces
- Scoring: 6PT forfeit or injury default, 6PT fall, 5PT tech-fall, 4PT major decision, 3PT decision
- Athletes MUST have proof of age/grade via a school report card to show if challenged.
Challenger MUST show proof as well. - Mat side scoring with Flo Arena.
