Spartan Combat Return and Exchange Policy
Return / Exchange Requirements.
• Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.
• Used item(s) may only be returned if item(s) are defective and must be returned within 30 days of the orders delivery date.
• Customers must determine satisfaction with size, fit, and style before using.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping for returns or exchanges.

All customer services and/or questions will be answered via email, in the order in which they were received. Please allow 1-3 business days for one of our customer service representatives to contact you.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shoes MUST be unworn and in the same condition you received them in.
All original packaging (e.g., shoebox) shoould be included.
When shipping the shoes back please use a protective outer carton (e.g. any box or poly bag will do). Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping carton. If the shipping label is applied to the original shoe box packaging, your order is subject to a restocking fee.
We recommend that customers try on our wrestling shoes wearing clean socks on a carpeted area to determine proper fit.
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective pair, please email orders@spartancombat.com within 7 days of delivery. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email orders@spartancombat.com with the following information:
- Full Name of the Person that placed the order
- Email address that was used when placing the order (if different than the one you're emailing from)
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue or reason for the return/exchange
- Photos of the item, if applicable
