Return Policy

Here at Spartan Combat we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue or problem with any of your purchased items, we take pride in our customer service and the fast and easy return/ exchange process. Before returning/exchanging an item, please be sure that your item(s) meets ALL our return requirements.


PLEASE NOTE-There is absolutelyNO returns or refunds or exchanges on ANY custom team gear items purchased through a Online Team/Club Store. No custom singlets or warmups may be returned for any reason other than an error in printing or a defect.

Return/Exchange Policy
• Item(s) MUST be unworn and in the same condition received. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. If the item(s) or the original packaging are damaged, you may be subject to only a partial refund.
• Used item(s) may only be returned if item(s) are defective and must be returned within 30 days of the orders delivery date.
• Customers must determine satisfaction with size, fit, and style before using.
• We will not replace any defective merchandise after the 30-day warranty has expired.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Any item(s) returned without any defects are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee.

• For shoe returns/exchanges, please ship the shoe box back in a protective outer carton. DO NOT use the shoe box as a shipping carton. If the shipping label is applied to the original shoe box packaging, your order is subject to a 50% refund. -We recommend all customers try on footwear with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine proper fit.

• If you believe you have received a damaged or defective pair, please email orders@spartancombat.comwithin 7 days of delivery. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

•Spartan Combat will not assume responsibility for any damaged items during shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

All customer services and/or questions will be answered via email, in the order in which they were received. Please do not send multiple emails as this will cause further delays. One of our customer service representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours of your email.
In order to expedite a response and quick resolution, when sending us an email please include as much information as possible, such as:
• Your first and last name
• Email address you used when placing the order (if different than the one you're emailing from)
• What your question or concern is in reference to
• Order number (when applicable)
