Period Lengths
• Boys 8u, JR - 16U - 2 x 2:00 Periods with 30 second rests between periods
• Boys 18U - 2 X 3:00 Periods with 30 second rests between periods
• Girls 8u - 16U - 2 x 2:00 Periods with 30 second rests between periods
• Girls JR - 2 X 3:00 Periods with 30 second rests between periodst here
Gear Rules
• Modified High School Rules with Certified Officials
• Headgear is highly recommended but not mandatory. Mouthguards are mandatory with
brace

113, 120, 126, 135, 144, 157, 165, 175, 190, 204, 215, 285
DUALS RULES:
• Wrestlers can only compete on one team
• USAW rules in effect.
• Periods- Freestyle: 3 - 3
• Headgear optional. Mouth guard is recommended for braces
• Scoring: 6PT forfeit or injury default, 6PT fall, 5PT tech-fall, 4PT major decision, 3PT decision
• Athletes MUST have proof of age/grade via a school report card to show if challenged.
Challenger MUST show proof as well.
